The menu and ordering work without one — you scan the QR on the table. The web app is for earning and spending OpenCoin.

How do I get cashback?

Upload a photo of your receipt after the visit; OpenCoin lands on your balance once it is verified.

Where can I spend OpenCoin?

Pay part of a bill in the QR menu (the venue sets how much of it coins can cover), redeem it in the OpenRate Shop for merch and rewards, or spend it on raffle tickets.

Is it free?

Yes. The app and cashback are free for guests — the venue pays only for the guests we bring in.

Which cities does it work in?

Venues in Kazakhstan use OpenRate today. Poland is next, then Germany and the Balkans.
